This is made with our favorite goat Gouda of all time- Midnight Moon! Dill lends a freshness and sesame a toasted round flavor. We love this cookie that feels vaguely Mediterranean, even with a cheese made in Holland.

A complex balance of apricot, fennel and pistachio make this cookie fun to eat... each flavor revealing itself at a slightly different moment. The fennel adds a bit of savory depth and sophistication to each Round.

My friend Barbara first introduced me to this divine combination... Gruyére and dates are a perfect match. This is deeply satisfying, and very slightly sweet and chewy.

Our Cheddar Chive savory cookie is salty and rich with a hint of fresh chive. This classic is made distinctive with the addition of freshly ground walnuts, adding to the depth of flavor and lending a lovely texture.

This is an addictive Round. Satisfyingly salty and crunchy, it is hard not to pop one after the other into your mouth. If you close your eyes, you may be briefly transported to the Mediterranean.

This Round is for the umami lover. I use them nearly everyday in my salad dressing. That said, even the most timid anchovy explorer will enjoy the supremely buttery richness of this Round.

These are soul-warming, slightly spicy, very buttery and totally yummy. Golden raisins add a hint of sweet and a little chewy contrast to the crispy cookie. Especially well suited to Fall and Winter munching.
