Where are you located and do you have a storefront?

We are located in the Columbia Street Waterfront neighborhood of Brooklyn, NY. We do not have a storefront, but are happy to ship wherever you might like to enjoy your Rounds in the US, and you are welcome to pick up from our kitchen.

I live in the area, do you have a local pickup option?

Yes! You can come pick up your order at our kitchen at 191 Columbia Street in Brooklyn (between Degraw and Sackett). When checking out, select the “pick-up” option and we will notify you day-of when your order is ready. Please note that we do not do same-day pick up options, and since all Rounds are made to order.

How long will my order stay fresh?

Our Sweet Rounds are best enjoyed within 5 days from opening and will stay fresh for longest when kept in their box at room temperature. Our Savory Rounds are best enjoyed within 10 days from opening. If you do not plan on eating them within 10 days, they can be frozen in their box or airtight container for up to 3 months. Do not mix flavors when freezing as the flavors migrate! (Note: Sweet Rounds should not be frozen, as this will change the look of the icing).

What's the best way to store items I’ve ordered?

All Rounds are best kept in their boxes at room temperature. Do not mix flavors if you choose to put them in tupperware!

How are your products made? Where do the ingredients come from?

Our products are made by hand by our small team in Brooklyn in small batches using high quality and organic ingredients whenever possible. Some of our favorite purveyors are King Arthur Flour, Vermont Creamery Butter, Nielsen-Massey Vanilla, Droste cocoa powder, Emmi Gruyere, Mitica Parmesan, and Grafton Village Cheddar.

Are your orders made in a nut-free facility?

A few of our Savory flavors contain nuts: Cheddar Chive, Apricot Pistachio Fennel, and Curry Cashew. All Rounds are made in a facility that processes nuts. If you have a severe nut allergy, we do not recommend buying any Rounds.

How do I select a color palette for Sweet and Cocoa Rounds?

All colors are mixed by hand for each order… we do not have any “stock” colors. We are happy to work from any photo, image, lookbook, invitation, fabric or pantones for colors. You can be specific in the shades you request or general and we will make a beautiful assortment for you. You are also welcome to reference images on the site or our instagram (@theroundsnyc).

While checking out, you will have the ability to select the date you would like your Rounds to ship, as well as what shipping speed you would like to pay for. You will receive a tracking number when your order ships. If your order is for an event, we recommend scheduling them to arrive the day before. If you have questions, please reach out to us at orders@therounds.com and we’ll be sure to get back to you as quickly as possible.

Do you do large or corporate gift orders?

Absolutely! Please follow the link to our Corporate Gifting page to submit an inquiry or reach out to us directly at orders@therounds.com and we will be in touch within 24 hours of receiving your request.

Do you offer exchanges or refunds?

Once orders have been shipped, we can not accept them back for a return or exchange. However, if you are unhappy with your order, please let us know right away by contacting us at orders@therounds.com and we will do our best to make sure you are satisfied.

Orders are shipped via UPS. You will have the ability to select which shipping option you would like to pay for when checking out.

When will my order be baked and shipped?

When checking out, you will have the option to select your preferred ship date. Savory Rounds are baked on your ship date, Sweet rounds the day before as they require drying overnight. Please note that all Sweet Rounds (with the exception of Toasted) are hand painted and require 24 hours to dry, so can not be shipped the same day.

If I am local, do you hand-deliver?

Yes! If you live below 125th Street in Manhattan, or in Brooklyn, we can hand-deliver to your address. Please note, our standard delivery time is 5-6pm, if you need your order delivered at another time please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you.

What do I do if I never received my order?

On your selected ship date, you should receive an email notification with a tracking number for your order. If for some reason your order does not arrive, please email us at orders@therounds.com.

What do I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect order?

Please let us know as soon as possible by emailing us at orders@therounds.com. Please also note that during severe cold weather, Sweet and Cocoa icing can develop a “snowflake” look. This is a natural process of the sugars reacting to the cold. It does not affect the taste of the cookies.

Can I ship orders to different addresses?

At this time, you can only ship to one address per order online. If you have multiple orders or drop ship orders for gifting, please email orders@theroundsnyc.com for assistance.

Will you ship outside of the United States?

We can only ship within the United States.
